Our Story

The idea for eSTARHelper was born out of firsthand frustration: the founders repeatedly faced the same compliance hurdles — endless PDFs, siloed guidelines, and unreliable search tools on outdated government websites. When OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Microsoft’s Copilot came onto the scene, we saw a chance to solve this once and for all. We combined generative AI with SmartSearch+ — a human-controlled, full-text search engine — creating a one-of-a-kind Regulatory Trifecta that regulatory professionals can actually trust.
